Tango Diva : Travel Stories for Women, by Women

July 29 through August 1, Squaw Valley is hosting a yoga retreat and music festival among the beautiful mountains and lakes of Tahoe. You’ve been working hard all year, Diva, now it’s time for some fun and relaxation!

Yoga events:

Yoga classes Multiple classes and styles offered. You can schedule your classes in advance through the website now.

Lectures + meditations – meditation workshops, lectures, and demonstrations covering topics of importance to our yoga + music ticket holders.

Cable car fun – All yoga + music ticketholders have access to Squaw Valley’s cable car, which will carry you up 2,000 vertical feet to High Camp. Several of the yoga classes will be held there, and you can also eat, swim or hike in the High Camp facility. The Cable Car runs from 8 am to 6 pm.

Music Events:

Wanderlust features two stages: Pulse and Casbah.

During the day, THE PULSE will feature yoga classes (led by Shiva Rea and others), drumming, West African dance, Indian martial arts, Tantric blues therapy and kirtan. By night, THE PULSE will stage headline musical acts, stilt walkers, fire spinners, dance parties and late night rasa lounges.

The Cabah features new and upcoming talent in Kula Village every afternoon and evening.
