Pacific Heights’ chic Fillmore Street is hosting an epic three-day event on October 6 – 8, 2014. The neighborhood made famous for its Victorian mansions and award-winning restaurants is welcoming the world for three spectacular days of wine, food, entertainment, and fashion. To make this excursion even more special book a room at the super-charming Queen Anne Hotel, which is in a quiet part of Pacific Heights and just blocks away form the festivities.
Forbes Magazine named Pacific Heights the most expensive neighborhood in United States in 2013 and some of the famous people who have called Pacific Heights home include Danielle Steel, Nicolas Cage, The Getty’s, Larry Ellison, Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid. Celebrated chef Charles Phan, the 2014 winner of the James Beard Foundation with the Outstanding Restaurant Award, lives just off Fillmore Street and owns Out The Door restaurant, a beloved neighborhood favorite.
