What could be lovelier than spring in Europe? Not much, I’m sure. So whether you’re a jet-setting diva or a lucky local make sure to reserve a table for the culinary delights of Easter brunch at Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière‘s Le Fouquet’s restaurant. The hotel’s Executive Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer has created a tantalizing array of special dishes for the occasion, including lobster served in its shell, Wakame’s sea bream tartare and salmon coulibiac, to name a few.
