The Margerum Wine Company was founded in 2001 by Doug Margerum who wanted to bring small lot wines to his restaurant, The Wine Cask. Having dined at the Wine Cask many a time – I checked out the winery up in the Valley last year and found the opportunity to dine and chat with Doug and his crew perfectly charming.
Producing Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris, the Margerum Wine Company’s tasting room has become a destination of choice in Santa Barbara. The Wine Cask is renoun for their culinary expertise and their perfect wine pairings.
