From October 15-22, 2012, Peggy Day is inviting you to join her on an excursion to her favorite place in the world, Bhutan. She says she has “traveled extensively in Bhutan and through the kindness of many, have leanrned to call it home for my soul.”
Bhutan, also known as the Land of the Thunder Dragon, is a landlocked state in South Asia. It is slowly opening up to modern culture, but is still managing to find a balance with it’s ancient traditions. Peggy has various activities planned for this trip, such as visiting museums and temples, yoga, river rafting, hiking, and evening tea with a Buddhist teacher.
Flights are filling up on Druk Air (the only once a day flights into Bhutan) so please contact Peggy as soon as possible to let her know you would like to visit this exotic country, as well as the others who sign up. Many people have described visiting Bhutan as a spiritual and mystical experience.
