Diva Minds Want to Know…

1. Where do you like to flirt?

Now I am married, so most of my flirting takes place at home, but I honestly think flirting is healthy for everyone- married or not. And it should take place whenever and wherever there is the possibility for two people to feel great about themselves without hurt or embarrassment to anyone else.

2. Where’s your favorite table for two?

Metropole Hotel Restaurant or Bar in Monte Carlo anytime of day, or Costes Restaurant in Paris. The French have an undeniable passion for food.

3. Where should we stay when we visit?

The Carlton Hotel in London is a great place to stay for any Tango Diva. It’s in the heart of Knightsbridge so shopping is excellent and the hotel has a fantastic lobby that’s as stylish as it is cosy. It also serves up great well presented snacks, has a varied champagne list if you feel you deserve a peek, and on top of all that the service is the best you’ll find in London.

4. What quality do you find irresistible in a woman?

Confidence. A broad mind. A point of view. Spirituality. Self-Respect. Humility. And the willingness to sometimes forget all that and be downright dirty from time to time.

5. Where can we find you on a free Sunday afternoon?

With my work you’ll find me in either London, Paris, Monaco, Cannes or Miami and you’ll find me with my nine-month-old son in my arms, telling wifey I think she’s done a great job. If it’s London, it’s probably the park.

6. What do you love most about your city (besides our arrival)?

The diversity. The movement. The melting pot. The hundreds of different languages, peoples, colours all making London fabulous.

7. What should we bring when we visit your town? What should we
leave with?

Bring an umbrella and an open-mind. Leave with new contact numbers and a diary filled with inspiration.

8. What do we absolutely have to see while we’re there?

Museums, Schrager hotels, a show/ballet in Covent Garden or Royal Albert Hall, Kings Road and Sloane Street boutiques and of course any party that I’m playing at (goes without saying!)

9. Any areas of town we should avoid?

Being open-minded means there is good even in the worst areas and there is bad even in the best. Keep your eyes open for both.

10. Any local secrets you want to share?

Yes, where I live, sitting at the computer is a man who is very flattered that you gave him this interview. XX
