Trinidad & Tobago

Englishman’s Bay Beach, Tobago: Named by Travel Channel as one of the best Caribbean beaches, it’s bordered by lush headlands that cradle a U-shaped beach stretching for approximately one mile. A freshwater stream flows from the island’s rainforest to the sea and bright coral reefs teem with tropical fish. There are no official facilities, which makes this beach ideal for relaxing in complete untouched surrounds.

Maracas Bay Beach, Trinidad: Maracas Bay is home to a tranquil, well-maintained beach of fine golden sand and palm trees that framing unforgettable sunsets. Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Trinidad, it’s is an hour from the capital city of Port of Spain. One of the most famous aspects of Maracas Bay Beach is the huts serving Bake and Shark, a traditional Trinidadian dish that consists of deep-fried shark stuffed in a pocket of deep-fried bread.
