It is the end of summer and the finale dinner of Pine Ridge Vineyards’ 35th Anniversary Summer Dinner Series on Howell Mountain is on Saturday, September 21 which Winemaker Michael Beaulac will be attending. There are a few seats left!!
Divas are invited to join Winemaker Michael Beaulac for an unforgettable evening of food, wine and live music among the vines of Pine Ridge’s stunning estate Las Posadas Vineyard, located in the Howell Mountain appellation. The event begins with a reception at the winery, located in Napa Valley’s Stag Leap District. Guests will then be chauffeured to the Las Pasadas Vineyard to indulge in an intimate three-course gourmet dinner prepared by Winery Chef Janet Sheehan, paired with library and current vintages of Pine Ridge’s acclaimed appellation series Cabernet Sauvignons. Menu items include: County Line greens, stone fruit, toasted hazelnuts, grilled shrimp, creamy tarragon vinaigrette; Grilled Lamb Chop, gratin of ratatouille, arugula pesto, arugula garnish. For dessert, Janet will be serving Budino de Ricotta.
The event will take place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Saturday, September 21.
