If you are looking for quick getaway, a day pass will run $9 per vehicle. If you would prefer a longer trip, cabins, yurts, and traditional campsites are all available. The Lost Lake Resort is a popular spot for locals from the surrounding area, weekends in particular can be packed. If you are looking for some quiet time, we recommend getting to the lake a little earlier in the day to snag an onshore day spot or taking a weekday off. Each lakeside day spot has a bench table and grill. The ones particularly close to shore also offer a nice sandy beach, excellent for setting up your lawn chair in the water and sipping on a cold beer (stick with an Oregon theme and grab a six pack of Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA or River Ale).
Once you’ve had enough time to unwind and relax, head over to the general store, Lost Lake Resort offers boat and paddle board rentals ranging from $20-$35 an hour. Rent a four person boat and have a picnic on the water, or opt for kayak and take in the views solo. Whether you choose to stay onshore, or venture into the water you are sure to enjoy the amazing scenery of Mount Hood rising over the far end of the lake.

Spending a full day at Lost Lake is well worth every moment. Pack a picnic or bring a few favorites to grill up for a hearty meal.
